Section 12(1) in Himachal Pradesh Road Infrastructure Protection Act, 2002
(1)Any person who commits any act prohibited under section 3 or fails to perform the duties assigned under section 5 of this Act shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or fine, or with both.
