Section 34J(vi) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(vi)where a market committee makes request in that behalf to supervise and guide the market committee in respect of the construction of infrastructural facilities in, or in hinterland of, a principal market year or sub-market yard undertaken by the market committee;
