Section 4 in The Assam College Employees (Provincialisation) Act, 2005

4. Colleges to be known as Assam Provincialised Colleges.

- After coming into force of this Act the Colleges provincialised under this Act shall be known as the Assam Provincialised Colleges as distinct from the Government Colleges in Assam.
