Section 2(d) in The M.P. Madhyastham Adhikaran Regulations, 1985
(d)Words and expressions used but not defined in these regulations but defined in Madhya Pradesh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, (hereinafter called the Adhiniyam) and the rules framed thereunder, shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Adhiniyam and the Rules.
