Section 22(1) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(1)For the purposes of preparing the first Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Practitioners Register, the Government shall, by notification, constitute a Registration Tribunal consisting of three persons holding agricultural qualifications and also appoint a Registrar holding agricultural qualifications who shall act as Secretary of the Tribunal.
