Section 56(1)(d) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018

(d)Any investigation, legal proceedings (including assessment proceedings) or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, forfeiture or punishment as a foresaid and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if this Regulation had not been passed.
