ORAL JUDGMENT

1. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
the present case is squarely covered by the judgments rendered
by the learned Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. no. 1699
of 2013 dated 27.09.2016 and L.P.A. no. 655 of 2015 dated
26.02.2018.
2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 6 could verify as to whether the case of the petitioners is covered or not.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case, the case of the petitioners is found similar to that of the respondents of the aforesaid judgments dated 27.09.2016 and 26.02.2018, similar relief would be granted to the petitioners herein within a period of six weeks therefrom.
3. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
