Section 2(1) in The Port Of New Mangalore (Rates For The Use Of Wharf) Rules, 1977
(1)Subject to the provisions of these rules, the rates to be paid for the use of wharves, jetties and landing places (hereinafter referred to as the wharfage dues) on goods landed at or shipped from the Port of New Mangalore shall be as specified in the Schedule (hereinafter referred to as the said Schedule) hereto annexed.
