Section 63(1) in The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Legislature Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, 1997
(1)If the Speaker holds that the matter proposed is in order and gives his consent under Rule 60, he shall call the member concerned who shall rise in his place and ask for leave to move for the adjournment of the House.
