Section 14(o) in Maharashtra Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1960
(o)to appoint boards of studies and committees consisting of persons who may or may not be members of the Council, but at least half of the number of such persons on the board or committee shall be the practitioners whose names are entered in register, and to make regulations for the constitution, duties and functions of such boards and committees;
