Challenge in the present writ petition was to the order dated 07.01.2022 passed by the Chief Minister, Government of Punjab whereby the truck unions cartels have been restored and re-allowed to operate in the State of Punjab.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the respondent-State has already filed a reply wherein it has been averred in para No.2 that the letter dated 07.01.2022 has not been notified and therefore the present writ petition is pre-mature.
