Section 69(1)(c) in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983

(c)exercise such other powers, as may be prescribed or may ,be ,necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act Provided that no one shall be required under this section to answer any question or to give any statement tending to incriminate himself.
