Section 1 in Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008] [Substituted 'Andhra Pradesh University of Law Act, 2008' by Act No. 15 of 2012, dated 14.5.2012.].(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th July, 2008.
