Section 9(d) in The Technicians' Studio Private Limited Act, 1980
(d)fails, without any reasonable cause, to submit any document, books or other instruments, when required to do so, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
