Section 3(1) in Andhra Pradesh Orphanages and other Charitable Homes (Supervision and Control) Rules, 1999
(1)Election of Members. - Three members of the State Legislature may be elected by the members thereof by voice of vote or by secret ballot or by any other method as the Speaker of the House may decide.
