(2)The exercise of any powers delegated under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restrictions, limitations and conditions, if any, as maybe laid down by the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government, and shall also be subject to control and revision by them.
