ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
"...pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of Respondents 1 to 8 on petitioner s representation, dated 22.07.2025, submitted for initiating proceedings under Section 126 of The Bharatiya Nagarik i I Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against the Respondents 9 to 22 and their followers for their repeated illegal acts and high-handed torture and harassment, thereby causing breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquility, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on Respondents 1 to 8 under the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 8, particularly Respondents 4 to 8 to initiate proceedings under Chapter-IX, Section 126 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against Respondents 9 to 22 and their henchmen for maintaining peace and good behavior without causing any disturbance there to and without causing any breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquility and pass...."
2. Heard Sri P.Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not taking any action on the representation dated 22.07.2025, submitted by the petitioner. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondents.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the matter is under preliminary enquiry.
