Section 31 in The Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004
31. Members of Committee and officers and employees of Trust to be public servants.—
The members and all officers and employees of the Trust shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code and section 2(c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
