Section 30(4) in The Intellectual Property Appellate Board (Patents Procedure) Rules, 2010
(4)Subject to any general or special directions of the Chairman, the official seal of the Appellate Board shall not be affixed to any certified copy issued by the Appellate Board save under the authority in writing of the Deputy Registrar.
