Section 10 in Bihar State Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme, 2012
10. Transfer by operation of law.
- The transfer under this Scheme shall operate and be effective pursuant to action of the State Government by publishing this Scheme and Orders issued in terms of this Scheme and without any further act, deed or thing to be done by the State Government, Board, Transferees or any other person, subject to the terms and conditions of this Scheme.
