Heard learned Senior Counsel for the parties.

The Special Leave Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted time till 31st December, 2017 to vacate the Digitally signed by RASHI GUPTA Date: 2017.08.03 16:51:04 IST Reason: premises, subject to filing of the usual undertaking with the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from today.

 We have been informed that the Restaurant-cum-Bar remains open till the early hours of the morning. In this regard, Mr. Dhruv Mehta, learned Senior Counsel assures us that from now onwards, it will be closed at 01:00 am.
