(3)The Secretary or any other officer convening the meeting shall read out the notice convening the meeting and the agenda for the meeting [which shall be in accordance with the provisions of sub-sections (2), (2A) and (4) of section 75 of the Act, as specified in Form "X"] [Inserted by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] and then the subjects shall be taken up for consideration in the order in which they are mentioned, in the agenda unless the members present, with the permission of the President, agree to change the order. Unless otherwise specified in the Act, these rules and the bye-laws, the resolutions will be passed by a majority of the [active members present.
