Section 54(c) in Tamil Nadu Court of Wards Act, 1902
(c)the person and property of a proprietor declared to be disqualified under clause (b) or (d) of section 9 as soon as the [State Government] [The words 'Provincial Government' were substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Adaptation Order of 1937 and the word 'State' was substituted for 'Provincial' by the Adaptation Order of 1950.] revokes its declaration that such proprietor is disqualified;
