D. Provide details of the recoveries made from Sh. Aakash Deep Chakarvarty, Former Registrar of TDSAT.
E. Provide copies of the Memos, Warnings, if any issued to Sh. Aakash Deep Chakravarty, Former Registrar, TDSAT.
F. Provide details of the complaints received against Sh. Aakash Deep Chakravarty, Former Registrar, TDSAT.
G. Provide copy of the File Opening Register (other than for the files relating to Appeals/Petitions) of TDSAT for the year 2012-2013 including for administration. H. Provide copy of the DoPT Order cancelling the aforesaid Relieving Order of Sh. Aakash Deep Chakravarty, Former Registrar, TDSAT and inspection of file in which it is dealt with or contained.
