In section 67 of the principal Act,—(a)for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:—“(4) Any person aggrieved by the order made under sub-section (2) may, within ninety days from the date of the order, appeal to the Tribunal.”;(b)in sub-section (6), in the second proviso, the words “and the order made by the Tribunal in such appeal shall be final” shall be omitted.
