Section 29(2) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)[ The date of every meeting except the meeting referred to in Sections 18 and 23-A, [shall be fixed by the Speaker with the consent of the Mayor or in the event of his being incapable of acting by the Mayor] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 18 of 1997.] :Provided that if the date of the meeting is not fixed by the Speaker or the Mayor, as the case may be, the Municipal Commissioner shall fix the date of the meeting under intimation to the State Government].
