Section 13(6)(a) in Kamdhenu University Act, 2009

(a)In any emergency which, in the opinion of the Vice-Chancellor, requires that immediate action should be taken, he shall take such action as he deems necessary and shall at the earliest opportunity thereafter report his action to such officer, authority or body as would have in ordinary course dealt with the matter. If the officers, authority or, as the case may, body, disagrees with the action of the Vice-Chancellor, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
