11. Transfer of registry.
- On any transfer of a hackney carriage, the transferee shall, if he desires to use it as such, within one week of the date of the transfer, apply to the [Deputy Commissioner] [Substituted for the word 'Commissioner' by section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Hackney Carriage (Amendment) Act, 1964 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1964).] for transfer of the registry giving him the particulars specified in the first three clauses of section 8.
