- All person other than any Government Officer entering a distillery shall be under the orders of the office -in- charge in respect of their conduct and proceedings within the distillery and shall be liable to search on their quitting the premises, at the discretion of the office-in-charge.Note : not officer-in-charge must understand that the power of search is to be used with discretion. No respectable person should be subjected to search except on very good grounds for suspension of the officer's reason for his action.
