79. Grants of gratuities and allowance to establishment.
- The Municipality at a meeting may, from time to time, in accordance with regulation made under Section 84 -(i)grant gratuities, allowances or annuities out of the Provident Fund or Annuity Fund to any of its officers or servants as it may think fit.(ii)grant gratuity to any member of the family of any of its officers or servants who has died from disease or injury contracted in the discharge of a duty which was attended with extraordinary bodily risk.
