Section 15(1) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(1)In the month of September in each year and on such date as the President may fix, not later than 15th day of the month, an estimate of the revenue and of the expenditure of the Council for the year commencing on 1st April next ensuing, shall be prepared by the Registrar and laid before the Council.
