32. List of contesting candidate to be fixed on notice board.
- The returning officer shall, immediately after its preparation, cause a copy of the list of candidates to be affixed on the notice board in his office and shall also supply a copy to each of the contesting candidates and to the marketing committee and the Director the same day.
