Section 27(2) in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008
(2)In every proceeding it shall be presumed that any person whose name is entered in the latest of the lists published under sub-section (1) is a registered Para-medical professional:Provided that, in the case of a person whose name may have been entered in a register after the publication of a list under sub-section (1) and before the publication of a fresh list thereunder, a certified copy of such entry signed by7 the Registrar, shall be evidence that such person is registered under this Act.
