                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached the 2 nd respondent with Ext.P3 representation seeking a reversion to the post of Office Attendant. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Senior Government Pleader for the official respondent of the State and Sri.T.P. Pradeep for the respondents 2 to 4.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition by directing the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation within an outer time limit of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of the judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
