(2)The list of the gang having once been made in the gate register need not be written on each occasion of its passage through the main gate, but every change in the gang must be noted and attested by the signature or seal of the warder in charge, as well as by that of the gate-keeper, who shall at once report to the Deputy Superintendent the circumstances.
