Section 20(4) in Maharashtra Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1960
(4)[ The register maintained under this section and in force on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of the Bombay Homoeopathic and Biochemic Practitioners' (Amendment) Act, 1985 (hereinafter in this sub-section referred to as "the Amending Act") shall be deemed to be the register maintained under the principal Act as amended by the Amending Act and the name of every person whose name is entered in such register shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, continue to be on the register.
