Section 61(a) in Jharkhand Panchayat Raj Act, 2001
(a)[Every Zila Parishad] [Substituted 'Every Panchayat Samiti' by Jharkhand Act No. 7 of 2002 dated 17.1.2002.] save as otherwise provided in this Act, shall continue for a term of five years from the date of its first meeting and no longer.
