Section 3(3) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(3)Subject to the provisions to the contrary contained in this Act, the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and other officers of the existing Universities, shall continue to hold their respective offices under the corresponding Universities incorporated under this Act.
