Section 45FF in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
45FF. Compassionate payment on account of house damage by Wild Elephant.
- In case of damage to house by Wild Elephants there shall be made compassionate payment of rupees three thousand five hundred only in case the house is completely raised to the ground and rupees two thousand in case the house is partially damaged on production of a Certificate to that effect from the local Tahasildar.]
