Section 32(1) in The M.P. General Provident Fund Rules, 1955
(1)When the amount standing to the credit of a subscriber in the Fund become payable, it shall be the duty of the Accounts Officer to make payment, as provided in Section 4 of the Provident Funds Act, 1925.
