Section 357(3) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(3)Unless specially excepted in this Act from the operation of this subsection no bye-law shall take effect until it has been confirmed by the State Government.[(3-a) The State Government may cancel its confirmation of any such bye-law and thereupon such bye-law shall cease to have effect.] [Inserted by M.P.
