1. Heard Mr. Dhond, learned Senior Advocate and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. We have perused the interim order dated 18.04.2024 in connected Writ Petition (L) No.13084 of 2024. The issue PMB 7.wpl.13084-24.doc being similar, even in this Writ Petition there shall be an ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause 50(v) till the next date of hearing.
3. List the Writ Petitions on 20.06.2024 under the caption "for directions".
4. Ad-interim relief already in operation to continue till 20.06.2024.

5. In the order dated 18.04.2024, in paragraph 2 it is pointed out that there is a typographical mistake in the fifth line which reads "There was an earlier Writ Petition No.1149 of 2014." The same now be read as "There was an earlier Writ Petition No.1449 of 2014."
6. The order stands corrected accordingly.
7. This order be treated as part of the order dated 18.04.2024.
