Section 58(b) in The Orissa Industrial Disputes Rules, 1959
(b)The employer shall provide the articles of stationery for recording of the minutes and postage and any other incidental expense for despatch of the proceedings of the meeting to the persons to whom these are to be sent according to the provisions of these rules.
