Section 2(1)(g) in Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2013

(g)"Competent Authority" means :-
(i)the Chairman in respect of Officer Scale-III, IV and V;
(ii)the General Manager in respect of Officer Scale-I and II; and
(iii)Scale-IV Officer i.e. Regional Manager of respective region and Chief Manager (H.R.) for staff posted at H.O. in respect of employee Group 'B' Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Group 'C' Office Attendant (Multipurpose)".
