This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No. 1671/2006, which was dismissed on 12.02.2009 for want of prosecution.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the averments made in this restoration application, I am of the view that sufficient ground has been made out for restoration of the aforesaid Civil Revision. This restoration application is allowed.
Aforesaid Civil Revision application is restored to its original file and number.
