Section 54B(2)(iii) in Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950

(iii)in any other case, with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may be extend to ten years, and with fine which shall not be less than fifty thousand rupees but which may extend to two lakh and fifty thousand rupees.
