Section 74(2) in Maharashtra Factories Rules, 1963
(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions the washing facilities shall include. - (a) a trough with taps or jets at intervals of not less than 60 centimetres, or(b)wash-basins with taps attached thereto, or(c)taps on stand-pipes, or(d)showers controlled by taps, or(e)circular troughs of the foundation type:Provided that the Inspector may, having regard to the needs and habits of the workers, fix the proportion in which the aforementioned types of facilities shall be installed.
