Section 17(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification, specify in this behalf, the State Government shall establish for the purposes of this Act, an Authority to be known as the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority with headquarters at such place as the State Government may specify.
