Section 9(2) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(2)The revised estimates and budget estimates passed by the Board shall be submitted to the Government, not later than 31st January preceding the year to which the budget relates, for sanction. If the budget estimate so submitted to Government is not received back by 31st of March with or without any modification, it shall be presumed to have been approved by the Government as presented by the Board.
