Section 24 in The U.P. Water Management And Regulatory Commission Act, 2008

24. Penalties and proceedings not to prejudice other actions. -

All proceedings and actions against a person under this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of any proceedings or action under any other law for the time being in force.
